About the author

A microbiologist by resume, Md Asif Raza is also an individual with passion and love towards reading, writing and cooking. Born and raised as an Indian Muslim in Kolkata, India, he has been incorporated with old-school values and inherent respect towards communities of all kinds.

He did his schooling from a humble Chinese established school in Bowbazar area named Ling Liang High School. Asif then completed his graduation in Microbiology with honours degree from T.H.K. Jain College in Cossipore affiliated to University of Calcutta. He is currently pursuing his masters from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal.

Asif owes his interest in reading books, writing and cooking to his first true friend- his mother.

While Asif knows five languages (namely: english, hindi, urdu, bengali and espanõl), he prefers to pen his thoughts in English and very, very rarely in hindi/urdu.
